Citrus Essential Oils are often thought of mostly for light, summery aromas, but I love using citrus essential oils all year round. My use of the citruses actually increases during the colder months as they are energizing and help to uplift the spirits. They are the perfect complement to blends that fight off the winter blues, "cabin fever" and depression. |
Blends to Ease the
Winter
Blues Lack of greenery, gray skies, a snow-covered world, reduced activity and the cold temperatures of winter can all lead to what is known as the "Winter Blues." The Winter Blues involve feelings of sadness, depression and loss of energy. The below blends can help ease the symptoms of the winter blues. Citrus oils are emphasized because they are energizing and uplifting oils. Orange, lemon and grapefruit oils are inexpensive (especially orange) and are also favored by many people, so your whole household may enjoy the aroma. When selecting and using oils, be sure to follow all safety precautions and remember that aromatherapy should not be used as a substitute for proper medical treatment. |

Evening
Primrose Carrier Oil Evening primrose oil is an exceptionally nourishing oil for the skin because it is high in in the essential fatty acid known as gamma-linolenic acid. The human body does not produce essential fatty acids such as linoleic and linolenic acids. It, therefore, is important to obtain these nutrients through diet and topical application. Essential fatty acids inhibit bacterial growth and allow our systems to defend against infection and inflammation. Evening Primrose oil is recommended for dry skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis. It is a nourishing addition to facial blend, cream, lotion and balm formulations. INCI Nomenclature: Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil Extraction Method: Cold Pressed Shelf Life: 6 Months - 1 Year NAOH SAP Value: .130 (converted to ounces) KOH SAP Value: .184 (converted to ounces) |
Flax Seed Carrier Oil Flax seed oil is a nourishing addition to formulations intended to help treat eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne and aging skin. Flax seeds are a rich source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) an the Omega-3 series of essential fatty acids. The human body cannot produce essential fatty acids and instead must obtain them from external sources. ALA is needed because it is the precursor to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and the series 3 Prostaglandins. These are necessary for the regulation of cellular activity. Series 3 Prostaglandins protect the body against the effects of high blood pressure, inflammation and water retention by inhibiting the production of series 2 prostaglandins, which promote inflammation and water retention. Topical use of flax seed oil allows the body to absorb some of the essential fatty acids necessary for healthy cellular activity. Flax seed oil can help soften and heal skin abrasions, reduce the swelling and redness of lesions due to skin disease and improve the overall health of the skin. Use flax seed oil in creams, lotions and balm formulations. Flax seed oil is fragile. Any formulation using flax seed oil must be well preserved with an anti-oxidant. Meadowfoam Seed Oil is said to moisturize the skin and hair better than most oils, and it helps prevent moisture loss. In shampoos and hair care products, it helps add shine and moisture to the hair and scalp. In lipsticks and lip balms, it helps revitalize dry, cracked lips and keeps them moist longer. It provides good slip in massage oils and creams and is valued as a lubricant oil. In lipsticks and other makeup, it provides adhesion so they stay on longer. It has a high tolerance for heat and is suitable for a wide range of applications. Meadowfoam Seed Oil is one of the most stable lipids known, and Meadowfoam Seed Oil lends stability to other oils that are combined with it. It, therefore, is useful in applications where you are using less stable oils such as sweet almond, kukui nut, evening primrose, borage, and hemp. Use Meadowfoam Seed Oil in lotion bars and lip balms to extend the shelf life. Meadowfoam oil makes a very moisturizing bar of soap when it is used as a superfatting agent. It is often used as a binder, and it may help extend fragrances better than other oils when used in bath salts, soaps and massage oils. Camellia Seed Carrier Oils
Camellia Oil is highly penetrating and is a nutritive addition to face creams, anti-wrinkle serums, anti-aging formulations, lip care products, hair products, make-up, sun care preparations, baby products, shaving products and other cosmeceutical formulations. Camellia Oil is virtually odorless and possesses only a slight herbal aroma. It is virtually clear with a slight yellow hue. Camellia Oil is light in texture and absorbs quickly. It has a shelf life of at least 18 months when stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. The recommended usage is 2-10% in most formulations. Green, black, white and oolong tea leaves are harvested from Camellia oleifera and sometimes Camellia sinensis. These species are also popularly known as the Tea Plant. Like the teas made from these species, Camellia Oil exhibits exceptional antioxidant activity. Although Camellia Oil is often referred to as Tea Oil or Tea Seed Oil, it should not be confused with the volatile essential oil of Tea Tree. The fruit of the camellia consists of several small chambers, each playing host to a number of seeds within it. Camellia seeds contain between 40-50% of nutritive oil that is low in saturated fat. Approximately 85% of the fatty acid composition contained in Camellia Oil is in the form of monounsaturated oleic acid. Camellia Oil is also a rich source of other omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids plus Vitamin E and polyphenols. Although the seeds and leaves contain caffeine, caffeine is a water soluble compound that is not present in Camellia Oil. Historically, Camellia Oil has been the main culinary oil used throughout the southern provinces of China. Camellia Oil has been shown to reduce bad cholesterol. It is a high quality cooking oil that remains stable at high temperatures. It possesses a high smoke point of 485°F (251°C). Camellia Oil offers similar nutritive and culinary properties to Olive Oil. The culinary use of Camellia Oil throughout the US, Europe and Canada has been on the rise over the past few years. The Power
Of Four Essences, Essence Oils & Mysts *The Introduction for this page in part comes from the Manifesting Pages* Several years ago a colleague mentioned that when she misted her home or office with a combination of the gem essences Purple Fluorite and Gold, she had new clients suddenly appear or money flowing in from a variety of sources. Yet she sensed that something more was needed, that there were "missing ingredients" that would make the manifestation even more powerful. Not long after, I "happened" upon a book on numerology and as I was flipping through it, I noticed a paragraph that really caught my eye: "Four is the number of form, structure and manifestation." My colleague was spot on, even though the Fluorite and Gold were enough to get the energy moving, what was really needed was something to anchor the other two points of the equation. So I began experimenting by intuitively selecting different gem essences that could be combined with the first two. On a hunch, I substituted White Gold and had even better results to be going on with. I then added Citrine and finally Tsavorite (Garnet) and that's when the energy really began to move! The combination of the four pulled in the energy required for manifestation in a much larger way than either of us had expected. It had a form to flow into, and as long as either of us were also clear that we needed to insure that our own channels within were open and clear to allow this energy to flow, it did! Now obviously an important aspect of this equation is that our own channels within were also open and clear. What I mean by this is that we also consciously choose to be willing to work on any belief patterns that stated we were not worthy of greater good in our lives. We also asked for guidance on practical actions we might need to take to not only keep the flow of energy coming to us, but also how to increase it. As the guidance was received, we were willing to act upon it, even to the point of setting aside other things we might have planned for the day if at all possible. From time to time I have noticed that I would hit a wall in allowing the energy to flow and once again the power of four came to my assistance. A combination of Wild Scotch Violet, Button Fern, Melaleuca Pulchella and Emerald Ebony Tree helped to keep my inner channel of allowing greater good much more open. Because I believe so strongly in the power of four, I have designed a group of essences based on this energy. We will be adding more essences to this page as time allows so please do check back often! |

The
Relationship Essences, Essence Oils & Mysts These are the the essences for Love and Relationships. This range of essences was brought into being through the suggestion of my Soul Daughter Shion and my friend, Izumi, of Japan. Thus far, these essences have proved to be very popular and I am very grateful to them both for prompting me to create this range! While, as Shion pointed out, many essences help with the goal, there are times when more support is needed for the actual process, something that this range addresses. These essences are lovely to give as a gift for yourself or to a friend for a wedding, anniversary or at the start of a new relationship. |

This essence also helps one to feel the courage needed to have faith in someone else and to use that faith to build upon the relationship. Rose, Myrrh & Frankincense |
Open Heart Keeping your heart open and sharing the love that you feel within and being able to accept the love and gifts from the person that you love. This also attracts more blessings and gifts from many other people as well! Rose, Linden Blossom Absolute & Sandalwood |
Smile! Keeping the joy and happiness in a relationship! Remember to smile at your love when you return home from being out and about, smile when you awake in the morning and think of all the good things you have to look forward to with him/her during the day. Unconditional Love We all need this sense of unconditional love, to know that we are worthy of receiving it as well as being able to share it with many others. Love and Trust This essence takes you back into having trust in love again, knowing that even if a relationship must end, that in time a new person and relationship will enter your life that has the potential to bring you ever greater joy and happiness. Give Thanks for the relationship that you had and know that the next shall be even better! Rose, Lavender & Sandalwood |
Forgiveness All of us have been deeply wounded through our love for another at one or more a time in our lives and this essence supports the process of forgiving both the other person, ourselves for what we did "wrong" in the relationship and releasing the past so we don't attract that old energy into the new relationship. This essence is also very helpful for when you and your beloved have chosen to stay together and work through the problem. Being able to forgive the other person and or one another helps to insure the best possible outcome for you both. Rose, Orange Blossom Absolute & Sandalwood |

Clean Up With Ease Helps to get one motivated to clear away the clutter and tidy one's home both on a physical and energy level. This was also a special request essence that many people are finding to be extremely helpful, by word of mouth alone this has become a very popular essence for both clutter busting and feeling motivated to clean up one's home, office or car with greater ease and awareness. Litsea Cubeba, Pink Grapefruit, Lemon and Pine |
Clearing And Healing Shame Many of us grew up with feelings of shame due to messages that were communicated to us by our families, peers, teachers and others. This essence blend helps to clear and release these old feelings of shame that we may recognize the true beauty and wonder that we really are. Rose, Palma Rosa and Geranium |
Don't Worry, Be Happy! This blend was created because someone felt they needed a boost and yet none of the blends I was suggesting seemed to feel quite right. While all of this was going on, at the same time I kept hearing the song "Don't worry, be happy" playing over and over in my mind. As much as I do enjoy hearing that song now and again, it was starting to feel very intrusive and I was wondering why I kept hearing it. Finally I just blurted out "you know that song, Don't worry, be happy, well, that's what I keep hearing in my mind" and the other person shouted "That's IT! Can you make me a blend that has the happy energy of that song?", I heard both The Grandfathers and Akumon saying "but of course!" and so this is how it came to be. As with Everything Is Okay, this has turn out to be a highly popular blend that people are finding to be very helpful (as do I myself!) Blue Tansy, Ylang Ylang and Sandalwood |
Everything Is Okay! This was created in response to a friend's need for support during a crises and not only does it appear to be helping her, I found it really helped me when I started to slide down into a very dark pit indeed when no other essence had been able to alleviate it and so rapidly. The name of this essence is Everything Is Okay! It is a blend consisting of everything from Archangel Michael to Dolphin Protection to Ametrine, all the protective and aura strengthening essences that I intuitively felt needed to be included went in to the production of this essence. Even the name which came to me intuitively turned out to have great meaning to the person involved. And as I have learned, when intuition and synchronicity merge, something often turns out to be far more valuable than I might otherwise have expected. Black Spruce, Lavender and Tangerine |
Grump Ease For those days when you just feel like a big grump, feeling irritated by all sorts of things and rather cross for no real reason in particular, this blend will help to put a smile back on your face. This blend is also wonderful for those who tend to awaken feeling cross and out of sorts in the mornings, taken straightaway it helps the individual to feel that the day can be a good one after all! Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang and Lime |
Happiness Blend Quite frankly I can't think of anything that brings us more blessings, safety, peace of mind and good health than the emotion of happiness. Happiness and feeling grateful for all that one has is one of the fastest ways I have found to bring about the changes that someone wants in their lives and this blend is an excellent way to increase one's sense of happiness and joy! The happier one feels, the more the Universe sends one to feel even happier about! Ylang Ylang, Neroli and Rose |
Healers Awareness and Support Blend This blend came about because I kept hearing from others that what was needed was an essence combination that would help to keep a person's energy that is coming from a very negative place from impacting me and other people. Who among us has not met someone whose life is not only a constant round of problems but they feel the need to dump their issues and hostility on everyone they come into contact with? Some folks do seem to enjoy their problems and things that have happened to them in life where they use it as an excuse to dump their negativity on everyone else, which I feel is also very abusive! Now obviously we all need to vent once in a while, we all get discouraged and down hearted about things in our lives. And many of us are also still trying to heal things that have happened to us that were extremely negative and abusive! What I am talking about here though are those that are not really interested in healing their issues, but would rather use them as an excuse to dump their negativity and hostility onto others. Often these people are very needy as well and no matter what anyone says or does in an effort to try and help, the person always comes back with reasons why it won't work or they ignore the support and instead start on a fresh round of problems and past abusive events! Soon they manage to collect well meaning and often very good hearted people around them who are doing their level best to help yet are getting no where. Unless someone truly wants help, all you end up doing is draining your own energy away on the other person and soon you will find your own life going down the toilet! Like attracts like. If someone truly wants help and healing you will feel energized from working with them. You will feel a sense of buoyancy when you think of that person. Your own Guides and Totems will flock round you to help support the important work you are doing. Yet if you start to feel a drop in energy or irritation or find that your own life is being negatively impacted, time to stop and take a fresh look at what you might be trying to accomplish. Then ask your Guides to start removing the Negative Junkies as I call them from your life pronto! There are too many other people in the world that truly want and need a healers help and support to waste your time and life force on those who for what ever reason, are still getting too much out of having their problems. In trying to help, often what we really end up doing is feeding their need to stay where they are at. So here is a blend that the Grandfathers have recommended to help shield us from the negative vibes of others and attract those who really are focused on healing themselves and then others. The Blend consists of: Angelic Roots - Lifts the vibrations around us to a much higher level Indigo Tourmaline - Helps us to discern who really wants and needs help as opposed to those who are simply looking to drag others down into their misery. Hematite - Helps to place a shield of protection around our energy fields and deflects energy that is not in our best interest back to the sender. If it isn't yours, why allow it in? Aquamarine Hairstreak Butterfly - Helps to cleanse our energy fields of the gunk that we have attracted through trying to help someone who does not want the support. Rose Quartz - Supports the process of releasing guilt that the other person may throw at you when they realize you are no longer interested in playing the pity game with them. Black Wolf - Acts as a watch dog to patrol for those who might be seeking to hook into you in some way and drain you dry. Keeps them from moving in and targeting you as a potential sympathizer. Buffalo - For standing one's ground and refusing to be pulled into someone else's need for problems and dramas. Whether you are a practicing healer or someone who attracts many folks to you because they sense your innate ability to heal and thus are seeking help with their problems, this is a wonderful blend to use. So keep your thoughts and focus on those that truly want and need your help and you will soon find yourself attracting more of those people into your life and healing work! Bergamot, Frankincense and Yarrow |

Heavenly Vibrations It is as the name suggests "Heavenly", it gives a strong sense of being supported by the Universe, uniting Heaven and earth, help for the dark times and for celebration of the good. This is a delightful essence that has become very popular among those who have been working with it these past few years. Ylang Ylang, Jasmine and Sandalwood |
I Allow - (The Universe to handle the details) The intent of this essence is to help one take their focus off of trying to force things into place or to figure out how something can be manifested and putting it squarely on the one thing that will allow it happen quickly and much more easily and joyfully: simply allowing the Universe to bring it to you. Yes you will have to follow your Inner Guidance. Yes you will have to take the actions that you are being guided to take. Yet IG (Inner Guidance) is playful and fun and joyful. It takes us directly to what we desire in the quickest, easiest ways. We just need to open up and allow the Universe to do it's job! Bulgarian Lavender, Bergamot and Vanilla |
I Can See Clearly Now Ever have one of those days when you feel like someone dropped you in the middle of London during a whopping great Fog? Those of us who have Neptune rising in the chart feel that way most of the time, but whether you are a Neptunian or a Saturnian who always seems to have a clear purpose and sense of direction, you just suddenly seem to have taken the wrong left turn at Toledo, this is a wonderful essence for clearing the fog, establishing clear vision and knowing what the next steps to take are. While there are many different essences for clarity, sometimes what is really needed is an essence that can helps us determine what we really need to shift, heal and create positive changes in our lives from what often seems to be an overwhelming number of tools and choices that are so readily available to us today. There is no doubt that having all of this is such a Blessing and I truly am grateful that so many wonderful people are doing so much wonderful work in the world! Yet it can become confusing wondering if this would be the right book or if that would be the best technique. Should we study with this person or go for a healing session with someone else. This essence helps to cut through it all so we can align with what is truly going to be the best tool or technique for us as individuals to be working with at this time. So whether you are trying to choose between essences, books, Self-Help audio tapes, lectures or seminars, this essence can help you hone in on exactly what it is you are needing. It also seems to help people attract the resources, including the Money Energy they may need, in order to follow through on what they now know to be perfect for them! Ylang Ylang, Frankincense and Galbanum |
I Hear And Am Heard This blend is for those who feel they cannot really connect and communicate with others in ways that both they and the other party are truly able to hear and understand. For those of you who are working with Totem animals this blend can be used to "feed" them by placing a few drops each morning in a bowl and placing it in an area that you have dedicated to them. The New
Millennium The feedback from this essence has been incredible, many are reporting that it lifts them up to an extremely high vibratory level that in turn enhances their ability to manifest their good in their lives very quickly. When I first produced this essence, a dear friend of mine was over here at the house and had picked up that I was to bring through a new form of energy essence. The New Millennium is the result. I found for me that it awakened a deeper awareness of what the New Millennium is all about and how to work more consciously with the new energies that are coming in. This essence is actually a blend of three "components". What first appeared to us was the Master Jeshuia, a high energy being who has volunteered to work for the upliftment of human kind as a whole. The next was a Dall's Porpoise who asked to be included to bring in the higher vibration of joy and success as well as helping people to accept more abundance and their good. The third was Aquamarine to both cleanse a person's energy field of negativity and belief in limitation and then acting as a support to accepting one's greater good. When using this essence we have so far found it is best to ask precisely for what is desired and then feel yourself opening and expanding to receive it. Take a few moments to really feel the energy of what it is you desire and then allow the New Millennium essence to bring your energy field into accordance with that. I have even started spraying it around my house on a daily basis and am finding it draws an abundance of positive energies and beings! I have also noticed that when I listen to subliminal tapes or read inspirational books, that the messages have greater impact on all levels, I can take in more of the energy from the message and find myself manifesting that more easily in my own life. Things just move more quickly but in ways that are highly beneficial! There is always an abundance of support available to us at all times, we just need to reach out into the Universe and ask for it! The New Millennium essence seems to act like a radio transmitter in that respect, constantly broadcasting for us that we are now ready to receive all of what the Universe would love to give us! Tuberose Absolute, Sacred Frankincense and Orange Blossom Absolute |

Crystal
Iced Herbal Teas * Andrew's most unique blends of teas are infused with real crystal gemstones!. We blend a variety of crystals with specific herbs to enhance both the crystal's properties and its herbal infusion. Herbal teas are the easiest form of herbal remedy for long term use. The herb's powerful ingredients are either "infused" or "decocted" in water when made into teas. Special crystals have been chosen to stir up "love and passion", "psychic and intuitive spark", "deep heart healing and connecting" and "boosting moods and uplifting emotions". The "crystal net" comes with each pound of tea and is placed in the herbs as the crystal's powers are "energetically" decocted along with the tea. Try these one of a kind blends and the most unique tea product you will ever have! Enjoy them iced for a great summer treat! Also see our Tea Stone Infusers, Crystal Ailment Cures |
